The Bekok (Segamat) originated Ms. Anna Wong Yeok Eng (born 1964), was the initial founder, together with brothers Ben Wong Yee Hung (born 1968) and Wong Ka Heng (born 1970) & wife Sherry Chan Shea Nee (born 1977) all are the current immediate owners of this recommended mee hoon kueh restaurant “Anna Noodles House” at Permas Jaya, Masai introducing their very homemade colourful vegetables made noodles and other home recipes menu to the locals & visitors now under a roof in manner.

The founder Anna Wong, who at her age of 54 years old currently, was formerly a Hair Stylist. With her great interest in eatery & frequently touched on her home-cooked mee hoon kueh made Anna Wong in year 2012 stepped into the f&b industry running her noodle foodstall at Kluang, Johor for about 4 years to 2016. Later-on reached Johor Bahru in year 2017 continued serving her handmade mee hoon kueh on mobile stall around Taman Sutera named “Anna Noodles”.

With her mission to further expose in the career, added with her experiences & home recipes on hold and supports from brothers. And foreseeing the market opportunity in the industry allowed Anna Wong in year 2018 successfully established her very first and owned eating place registered as “Anna Noodles House” in Bandar Baru Permas Jaya, Masai (JB) presenting her very newly menu selections brought into the market on handmade veges-made (colours) mee hoon kueh & pan mee eateries to the public in better choices. Also being fully assisted by sister in-law Sherry Chan from the beginning, been recognised among the best in town year 2018.

In this Anna Noodles House, the founder’s very first top recommended in menus surely will be the most famous “Spinach Pan Mee” or Green Mee Hoon Kueh well known by their visitors. Fresh spinach-made flour fine noodles prepared on handmade in-house, boil-cooked in their soup base which boiled few hours with ikan bilis, then served mixed with home-fried minced pork, meat ball, deep fried crispy ikan bilis, crispy fish crackers (keropok) & mali veges, finally topped with deep fried onions brings a bowl of their wonderful Spinach (Green) Mee Hoon Kueh Soup with delicious ikan bilis tasty eatery you must try. Flat beetroot-made flour noodles prepared in handmade, boil-cooked then mixed with Anna’s home recipe soy sauce mixtures brings excellent fair salty & sweet taste into mouth. Taken served with minced pork, crispy bilis, keropok etc, and topped with home deep fried pork lard will be the best neither found the same in town that you will never regret after tasted here.

Other than Mee Hoon Kueh, the owners also taken this opportunity to introduce their “Braised Handmade Noodles” which like by the locals.
