“ZhaJiangMian” or known “noodles with soybean paste”, is a Chinese dish consisting of thick wheat (noodles) topped with zhajiang sauce which normally made by simmering stir-fried ground pork (beef) with salty fermented soybean paste favourite by lots of the youngsters recently. Kelly Foo, who also the restaurant’s only main chef, all the while having extreme great interest in eatery & chefing initially stepped into the f&b industry since her age of 30th in year 2002 running her very simple noodle stall at Nusa Bestari, Johor. Then spent about 15 years under-employed in the field in Johor Bahru, also been reached Singapore to further her exposure in the career & strengthen her chefing skills as a chinese chef too touched severals field in the industry.

With the experiences hold by Kelly Foo, added with her vision to have her very owned restaurant and great supports from family members, especially son Wee Chiang who foreseen the market opportunity in the f&b industry allowed them in year 2017 successfully established their first and very owned noodles house at Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Johor named “Hup Ka Huan Noodles House” serving all Kelly’s home recipe & in-house noodle selections and other signature menus to the public. Being fully assisted by Wendy Liew, and recognised among the best in town year 2018.

In this Hup Ka Huan restaurant, the chef’s very first top recommended in menus surely will be their famous “ZhaJiangMian” which favourite by the visitors recently. In-house handmade noodles on customer’s option such flour-made mee hoon kueh, pumpkin noodles or spinach noodles boil-cooked, then served topped with their homemade “ZhaJiang” or stir-fried soybean sauce with fresh minced pork for an hour, and mixed with carrot & cucumber shredded brings wonderful fair salty & sweet taste you must try.
