Wong Yin Pang, who at his age of 55 years old currently, been formerly a Mechanic Personel then initially touched the f&b career began as a kitchen trainee reached United States in year 1989 at his 26th of age experienced & stayed about 5 years in the cantonese cuisine field there been passed onto the Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken recipes from his ‘Master’ allowed him to fully stepped into the f&b industry started his very first chicken rice stall “Lap Lap Heong” in a foodcourt at Taman Bendahara, Ipoh since year 2010 presenting his traditional Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken to the market. Also being assisted by wife Shu Quen and son Ken Wong, continued their exposure there for about 8 years.

With the vision to expose further in the field, also wishing to have their very owned chicken rice eating house restaurant and foreseeing their (Hong Kong Style) Soy Sauce Chicken’s market strength opportunity in the f&b industry made Wong’s family in year 2018 moved and successfully established their chicken rice shop named “Restoran Lap Lap Heong” in Ipoh town to serve the public in better manner.
