The Perak local originated couple Mr. Teo Tat Heng (born 1979), together with his wife Ms. Wong Lee Yee (born 1982) both are the recent immediate owners of this best recognised chinese cafeteria eating house “Tao Fu Far” in Sitiawan township (Perak) introducing their very home recipe Fook Chew’s Red Vinasse Mian Xian and other signature menus to the public all under a roof in an amazing environment since year 2017. Teo Tat Heng, who only at his age of 39 years old currently, all the while having interest & holding family’s home recipe on chefing, together with wife Lee Yee also like eatery very much. Added with foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry, and with their vision to present locals Fook Chew’s traditional dishes to the visitors in their very own eating place enabled the couple in year 2017 fully stepped into the field. Then successfully operating their chinese cafeteria “Tao Fu Far” recently along the Sitiawan center street began to serve their in-house home cooked selections to the market in manner.

In this Kafe Tao Fu Far, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus surely will be the local’s Fook Chew leading authentic noodles eatery “Red Vinasse Mian Xian” which  most wanted by their regular customers. Matured gingers fried about 10 minutes with sesame oil and into red dates, followed by half an hour boiled into their in-house prepared chicken soup, then served insided with boil-cooked local homemade Mian Xian (fine noodles) with slight red wine added and sided with a chicken drumstick brings a wonderful bowl of their famous Sitiawan Fook Chew’s Mian Xian Soup you must try when reached the state of Perak.

Local fresh pork trotter selected, braised at least 2 hours with quality black vinegar, added into gingers & rock sugar then finally served boiled in claypot brings excellent sweet & unbelievable sour taste into mouth you cannot aside. Especially the trotter’s bites texture itself and the natural pork collagen brought out from the long hours braised that you neither found better elsewhere in town. Best to be taken here with a bowl of their hot boiled white rice.

Another will be the owner Tat Heng’s home recipe “Tao Fu Far Signature Stir-Fried Rice”, which favourite by most of his visitors recently. Mixtures of white rice, chopped red carrots, onions shredded, long beans and prawns wok-fried for about 8 minutes according to the home Chef Tat Heng will brings very delicious wok taste into mouth that you really never regret after tasted here.

After taken your main course either for lunch or dinner here, you should also try the owners’ best recommended “Beancurd Jelly”(Tou Hua) in their dessert corner which homemade from soya beans soaked for 8 hours, then blended into paste and boiled for another half hour before kept freezed, finally served in cold taken topped surrounding onto their in-house either rock or white sugar on customer’s option that you cannot missed when stepped into this best recognised chinese cafeteria “Tao Fu Far” at Sitiawan, Perak.
