Vincent Low Bun Seng, who at his age of only 36 years old currently, also the restaurant’s Main Chef, since teenage having great interest in eatery & chefing initially touched the f&b industry at his 13th of age in hometown Pangkor. Then reached Kuala Lumpur in year 1997 fully stepped into the career began as a kitchen trainee spent nearly 10 years there to experience the field in chinese cuisine allowed him to be positioned as a qualified Chef, also been reached Australia and Singapore for the following years to sharpen his chefing skills & experiences in the career.

With Vincent’s vision to have his very owned eating house, added with foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry and with holding more than enough experiences in the field made him in year 2010 at his 28th of age, together with wife Lee Ming decided and successfully established their very first & own chinese cuisine eating house officially named “Bai Li Xiang Restaurant” along Jalan Jaya, Sitiawan serving all his very homemade signature selections to the market. Also being recognised among the best by f&b e-media in year 2018.

In this Bai Li Xiang, the founder cum Chef Vincent’s very first top recommended in menus will be their famous “TeoChew Style Seafood/Fish Head Steamboat” (Pot) which most wanted by their regular customers. In-house soup base boiled at least 2 hours with ikan bilis, mixed into local fresh Grouper Fish Head (or seafoods option), and into tomatoes, yam cubes, veges, white beancurds, seaweeds & squeezed limes all to be served boiled in metal pot presenting on table to bring wonderful pot of their delicious TeoChew Fish Head Soup that you must try when reached Sitiawan, Perak. Especially the exotic soup taste itself swallowed and the fish freshness taste into mouth you neither found better in town.

Secondly will be their “Signature Asam Steamed Fish”, which on Thai Style among the restaurant’s daily top seller all the while. Red Snapper Fish commonly selected (or on customer’s option), steam-cooked in about 8-10 minutes, then served poured onto their Chef’s homemade assam paste broth (prepared from more than 10 ingredients mixture), sided with eggplants, pineapples, lady fingers, onions shredded & lime leaves brings excellent appertising eatery with sweet, sour & fair spicy taste that you will never regret after tasted here.
