The founder Sky Loh, who formerly a Factory Manager also later on in Construction Industry, at his age of 40 years old currently, all the while having great interest in eatery (especially Mee Hoon Kueh). With wife Yumi, who also very interested in chefing/culinary, always visiting and doing self-studies on mee hoon kuey recipes wishing in the future to have their own noodle house locally.

While brother Loh Chia Yong, who initially stepped into the f&b industry since his age of 22nd in the year 2001 touched the Chinese Cuisine field joined a catering corporation began in administration, then joined as a kitchen trainee/helper later-on where he been positioned as a Chef for more than 10 years in hometown Johor Bahru. Also been running his own catering service for few years on his own, ended in circumstances before reached Singapore to further his expertise.

With the great interest on Sky and wife Yumi, added with their vision to have their very owned noodle house and experiences hold by brother Chia Yong in the field. Also foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry allowed them bodied-up and successfully established their very 1st and owned Mee Hoon Kueh specialised eating house named “Hang Ji Restaurant” at Taman Daya, Johor Bahru in year 2018. Finally being recognised among the newly best recommended by the F&B E-Media for the year 2019 in the southern nation.
