The founder cum owner Chef Lim Eng Seng, who at his age of 40 years old currently, was initially stepped into the f&b industry at his 24th of age in year 2003 began as a Japanese Cuisine kitchen trainee in his relative’s Japanese restaurant “Mizu” in Kuala Lumpur. Later been positioned as a Japanese Cuisine Chef at his 26th of age, and spent few years there to strengthen his profession in the field before returned back to hometown Sungai Petani assisting in his family’s career.

With Eng Seng’s (Chef Lim) vision to have his very own Japanese Cuisine Restaurant, also with the recipes & experiences on hand and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry locally. Added wishing to further his exposure in the field allowed Eng Seng in year 2009 successfully established his very first owned Japanese Fusion eating house officially named the “Kinmizu Japanese Restaurant” at Taman Petani Jaya, Sungai Petani, being assisted by wife Sandy Loh presenting their very home recipe selections to the market in better manner. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the F&B E-Media for the year 2019 in the upper northern nation.

In this Kinmizu Japanese Restaurant, the founder cum Main Chef’s very first top recommended in menus will be their very signature “Kinmizu Maki” which most wanted by their visitors.
