The founder cum owner Lee Chee Kong, who at his age of 55 years old currently, been initially stepped into the f&b industry since his 13th of age in year 1977 began as a helper then kitchen trainee in a chinese cuisine eating place at hometown Dengkil. Having interest in the eatery & culinary made him spent nearly 10 years to be positioned as a chef and all the while continue his exposure in the field experienced the local’s delicacies & recipes.

In order to further expose in the career, added with the experiences & recipes on-hand and with vision to have his very own eating house locally. Also with foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry locally enabled Chee Kong (with wife Bee Leng) in year 1997 decided then successfully established their very first owned chinese seafood cuisine eating house officially named it the “Restoran Sinki” at Dengkil, Selangor introducing all their chef’s signatures to the market in manner.
