Their 2nd generation which formed by Ms. Cheong Sook Mee (Ah Mee), Mr. Chong Kok Meng, Ms. Chong Sok Ling and Mr. Chong Kok Wai (Ah Wai) who also the recent owners of the famous “Pei Fook Wantan Mee” since the year 2003 after they exposed and moved into their very owned 1st restaurant at Indah Perdana, Kepong.  Ah Mee who is the main generator running in charge of the daily operation in the restaurant and also the main chef to serve their traditional wantan mee to the visitors.  While Ah Wai is the main home hand made wantan noodle maker for Pei Fook to support their own daily mee usage.  He learnt and experienced his hand made noodle from his master ‘Sarawak Sifu’ in year 2003.

 

After 3 years, they established their 2nd outlet running by Mr. Chong Kok Meng at K.I.P, Kuala Lumpur to further explore their family career.  Upon market demand on their wantan mee, they again exposed to set up their 3rd outlet running by Ms. Chong Sok Ling at Kota Damansara in the year 2009 to serve more citizens on their very traditional wantan mee.  From here, they strengthen their career and successfully created opportunity to Petaling Jaya residents to taste their home made wantan mee and to tell what is about their ‘Traditional Home Hand Made Wantan Mee’ perfect matched by the top recommended ‘char siew wantan’ and ‘siew yuk wantan’.  According to Ah Wai, the secret of a delicious traditional wantan mee will be the noodle.  Eatery tasty noodle should hand made from suitable flur in suitable timing and handling steps, afterwards the noodle cooked timing in suitable handling skills.  The top recommended in Pei Fook Kota Damansara will be their wantan mee topped with choices such own roasted ‘char siew’, ‘siew yuk’, ‘mushroom chicken feet’, ‘dry curry chicken’, ‘hakka jar yuk’, ‘stewed spare ribs’, ‘ginger duck’ and ‘dumpling’ match with boiled or fried wantan.  Besides ‘kon lou mee’ and ‘wantan mee soup’, ‘curry mee’ is also one of the most wanted by their customers.  Nonetheless, their home made recipe sauce for kon lou wantan mee too the secret for them.  Now, residents in Petaling Jaya, Selangor area who ever taste the traditional home made wantan mee should without consideration visit their Kota Damansara outlet at the first place, or their K.I.P outlet.  For those in Kuala Lumpur sure no other place than their Indah Perdana main branch in Kepong.
