The founder cum immediate owner Loy Cin Ting, who at her age of only 24 years old currently, whose her paternal grandfather formerly running a kopitiam in Kuala Lumpur and maternal grandfather was in coffee powder supply at Bahau made Cin Ting found her great interest in the f&b industry. Then at her age of 17th initially stepped into the field began as a part-time barista trainee in a cafeteria in year 2013, where she met her master Mr. Sai, allowed Cin Ting deeply experienced in the field and being positioned as a Barista after half a year.

With vision to have her very own cafeteria locally, added with experiences & recipes on-hand and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry especially in the western coffee house field enabled Cin Ting in year 2014 decided, and then successfully established her very first owned Fusion Coffee House (Cafeteria) officially named the “Loy’s Cafe” (Miss Loy Cafe) at Bahau, Negeri Sembilan in year 2015 presenting all their signature home recipe menus to the public. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the F&B E-Media for the year 2020 in the middle southern nation.

In this Loy’s Cafe, the owner’s very first top recommended in menus will be their Signature Main Course “Chicken Chop Teriyaki” which prepared in combination of Japanese &Western recipes most wanted by their regulars. Local fresh chicken thigh prepared in boneless, marinated overnight in home recipe and followed by about 10 minutes pan-grilled, then finally serve-sided with roasted potatoes & pineapple and veges salad with their homemade teriyaki sauce paste topped onto will brings nice salty sweet & barbeque teriyaki taste into mouth that you must try when reached Bahau.
