The founder cum first owner Madam Ruby Liew or known Aunty Ruby, who at her age of 55 years old currently, is the 3rd generation from their peranakan families being passed onto home recipes from grandmother (a local nyonya), initially stepped into the f&b industry at her age of 37 years old in year 2002 running their sisters “Atlantic One Cafe” at Malim, Malacca for about few years. Later-on in circumstances from the affection of a Baba Nyonya Movie made Aunty Ruby decided to fully touched the Nyonya Cuisine locally.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to have her very own nyonya cuisine restaurant locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry allowed Aunty Ruby in year 2004 successfully established her very first owned Authentic Peranakan Eating House officially named it the “Nyonya Atlantic Restaurant” (Nyonya Atlantic One) along Jalan Portugis, Kampung Kubu introducing her family’s 3-generations authentic nyonya recipes to the public. Then another at Kampung Hulu after few years in 2016, followed by the 3rd outlet at Taman Malim Jaya in year 2019. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the F&B E-Media for the year 2020 in the middle southern nation.

In this Nyonya Atlantic Restaurant, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus will be their family’s 3-generations signature “Rendang Ayam” (Rendang Chicken) which most wanted by their regulars.
