The founder cum owner See Woon Choon or known Chef Choon, who at his age of 50 years old currently was all the while grown-up in a f&b family initially touched the industry at his 13th of age in year 1983 helping parents in the family’s chinese cuisine restaurant at hometown. Later-on being positioned as a Chef at his 20th of age all the while experienced in the chinese cuisine field, also been reached Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Singapore along his journey in the career with his patients before reached Sitiawan, Perak.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to have his own eating house locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry allowed Woon Choon (Chef Choon) decided then successfully established his very first owned eating place named the “Restoran Ah Choon” in year 2002 along the Kampung Acheh, fully assisted by wife Hui Dian introducing their very special home-cooked Fish Head Pot and other menus to the market running for more than 15 years on the same ground. Then moved into better manner shoplot restuarant at Taman Megah, Sitiawan in year 2019, and finally being recognised among the best in town by the F&B E-Media for the year 2020 in the middle northern nation.
