The first founder cum owner Chew Hau Loon, or known the Chef Chew, who at his age of 31 years old currently all the while having interest in eatery & culinary made him in year 2008 at his age of 18th recruited himself into a culinary academy in Selangor spent 1&half years to graduate where he touched the f&b industry. Later-on fully stepped into the career &experienced the field in the Hard Rock Cafe at Kuala Lumpur all the while on the western cuisine floor, also been further his exposure in the career joined several hotels there for about few years before reached Macau stayed a year to sharpen his profession in passions, then returned to home country been continued in Kuala Lumpur followed by years in Penang on his culinary journey. Also running a partnership asian cuisine cafeteria at Subang Jaya for nearly a year, where Chef Chew experienced the front & back floor in the f&b industry in year 2017.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to have his very own cafeteria/restaurant locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry especially the western cuisine field enabled Chef Chew (Hau Loon) decided then successfully established his very own Western Cuisine Eating House officially named the “White House Cafe & Restaurant” by CCLA White House Enterprise at Taman Ibai Landmark, Kuala Terengganu in the year 2018 and joined by his partners Chua Chong Wei & Lim Wern Chean introducing their very home recipes on the western cuisine menus. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2021 in the East Coast nation.
