The founder cum first owner Lai Kok Foo, who at his age of 44 years old currently, been all the while in the f&b families whose been initially touched the field since his teenage helping parents at their noodle stall in a food center at Johor Bharu. Later-on also been reached Singapore at his 18th of age in year 1995 continued his exposure in the career stayed few years there all the while in the chinese cuisine field, and then been experienced for about 3 years in Australia with his passions in the career.

While in year 2006, Kok Foo (with father Mr. Lai) reached Kuala Terengganu began their noodle stall in a chinese coffee shop (kopitiam) then named the “Yin Yin Noodle Stall” along the Kampung Cina, where Kok Foo’s wife Si Yin joined & fully assist stayed more than 10 years there presenting their home-cooked noodle selections to the locals. With experiences and recipes on-hand, added with vision to have their very own family’s noodle house locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry. Also willing to further expose in the career enabled Kok Foo decided, then successfully established their very first owned Noodle House officially named the “Yin Yin Cafe” along the Pulau Warisan, Kuala Terengganu in the year 2020. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2021 in the East Coast nation.
