The founder cum owner Madam Saw Mei Chu or known Auntie Chu, who at her age of 57 years old currently was started in Tailoring Industry for few years then touched the F&B industry at her twenties helping elder brother at Menggatal, Sabah for nearly a year whose running a beef mix noodles restaurant where Auntie Chu experienced the career. Later-on began her very simple 1st beef noodle stall at Damai, Kota Kinabalu in the year 1993 with Fatty Chu Ngau Chap for few years, then moved to Taman Sentosa, Luyang in the year 1996 stayed more than 20 years on the same ground.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to further expose in the career allowed Auntie Chu expanded into an air-conditioned restaurant with Fatty Kitchen at Lintas, Kota Kinabalu, then moved to Hiltop in the year 2018 and 2019 respectively where successfully officially named the “Fatty Ngau Chap”, and lastly stay-based onto Taman Sentosa (Taman Luyang Phase 6) in the year 2021 continue her exposure in the field thoroughly and fully assisted by son Richard Chong who stepped into the career since his 18th of age siding mother Auntie Chu. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2021 in the Eastern Nation of Malaysia.
