The founder cum owner Marcus Wan Thien Loong, who at his age of 37 years old currently, with the interest in eatery and to enable his living/ability been initially stepped into the f&b industry in the year 2000 at his 16th began as a kitchen trainee in a chinese cuisine restaurant at Taipan USJ, Subang Jaya for about 6 years. Then started running his very first home recipe roasted mix eating house at Ampang, Kuala Lumpur in the year 2006. In circumstances moved to Taman Midah, Cheras running a roasted mix stall followed by at Kuchai Lama for another few years where his wife Yoyo You joined fully assisted, continued their couple’s journey in the career with passions. And finally re-established their roasted house in the year 2011 also at Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur for another 2 years ended subsequently.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to further his exposure in the career and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry especially for the roasted duck (roasted mix) enabled Marcus Wan (together with wife Yoyo) decided and again successfully established their very owned Roasted Duck Eatery House officially named the “MW Signature Roasted Duck Restaurant” along the Seksyen 1, Taman Kinrara Puchong in the mid-year 2020 presenting their home-roasted duck and signatures to the market. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2021 in the state of Selangor.

In this MW Signature eating house, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus surely will be their famous “Home Recipe Roasted Duck” which most wanted by their regulars. Local fresh feeded duck on weight of about 2.5kg commonly selected, cleaned then marinated & drying overnight with their more than 10 ingredients mixture (into Chinese herbals), followed by about 40 minutes in-house roasted and finally served in fine cutted pieces poured onto the duck broth stocks, taken tipping with their homemade sour sweet sauce paste will be the best matching of Roasted Duck eatery that you must have a try here. Especially the duck meat’s juicy bites texture itself and the fragrant herbals taste into mouth too cannot aside here.

Secondly will be their “Signature Roasted Pork” or commonly known Char Siew by the locals, which also among the eating house’s daily top seller favourite by most of their customers. Local fresh pork belly selected, marinated with founder/chef’s special recipes mixture, followed by about 2 hours slow roasted in-house, and finally served in cubes cutted pieces will brings excellent meats/fats combination of bites texture into mouth with tasty salting sweet swallowed that you neither found better/the same elsewhere in town here. Also always known the Crystal/Glass Char Siew by the locals from the beginning.

Another will be their special “Roasted Pork Belly” or Siew Yuk, too wanted by the visitors recently on the ground. Also local fresh belly pork commonly selected, cleaned then marinated coating with rough salts and followed by about 1 hour roasted, finally served in nice cubes cutted pieces on table will brings wonderful crispy pork skin bites into mouth with the belly pork meat’s juicy & freshness taste of their Roasted Pork Belly (Siew Yuk) eatery that you will never regret after tasted here.

Nonetheless, the owners also introduced their all time favourite recommended “Pepper Pork Stomach/Tripe Soup” which all the while like by their customers.
