The founder cum owner Eugene Loh Yew Choon, or also known Chef Loh, who at his age of 33 years old currently all the while having interest in eatery & culinary, also slight influenced by his father (who also a Chinese Cuisine Chef at hometown for more than 30 years) made Eugene Loh initially touched the f&b industry since his 18th of age graduated from a local chinese culinary academy in Kuala Lumpur. Then stepped into the career began as a kitchen trainee in a chinese cuisine restaurant for a year in Klang, later-on joined another restaurant for about 2 years at Petaling Jaya continued his exposure in the field and finally being positioned as an assistant chef for another year at Bangsar running the chinese cuisine kitchen there.

With experiences on-hand, added with vision to expose further in the industry and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b career allowed Eugene Loh in the year 2010 at his age of 22nd running his very first partnership Fish Head Noodles House at Taman Segar, Cheras (outlet at Taman Paramount & Puchong) stayed about 8 years. And finally successfully established his very owned X.O. Fish Head Noodles Eating Restaurant official named the “Chef Loh Fish Head Noodles House” along Taman Paramount, Petaling Jaya in the year 2018 serving his home-cooked fish head noodles to the market. And being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2021 in the state of Selangor.
