The founder cum owner May Chen Seong Mim, who at her age of 50 years old currently, was formerly in the Accountancy Field all the while having interest in eatery and been about 10 years experienced her home-cooked culinary as full-time housewife made her finally decided to step into the f&b industry thoroughly. With home recipes on-hand, added with foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b field locally and wishing to bring their very traditional authentic Hakka’s recipes on table allowed May Chen later-on bodied with her business partner successfully established their very first owned Stuffed Beancurds Restaurant officially named the “Ee Soo Yong Tou Foo” at Metro Prima, Kepong in the year 2008.

In order to expose further, they then moved to Bandar Sri Menjalara (recent location) another year in 2009 stayed more than 10 years on the same floor continued presenting their home recipes to the market. In circumstances fully took-over and running by May Chen in the mid year 2020, where her eldest daughter Veronica Ng joined and fully assisted on the ground to be their next generation.
