The founder cum owner Lun Wai Leong or known Ah Leong, who at his age of 39 years old currently all the while having interest in the eatery & culinary been initially stepped into the f&b industry at his age of 14th in the year 1996 began as a kitchen trainee touched the chinese cuisine field at Sri Gombak, Selangor. Later-on being positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef after years at his about 17th all the while experienced in the chinese cuisine, then running his very first home recipe Pork Noodles stall in coffee shop (kopitiam) at Puchong, Selangor in the year 2004 at his about 22nd where he started to stayed in the field also running along Subang Jaya, Kepong & Balakong with passions on the floor for more than 10 years.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added with vision to have his very own noodles house locally to further his exposure in the career and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry. Also encouragement from his good brother Kang Huat (who also formerly touched the chefing floor in his twenties) enable the brothers then decided and successfully established their very first owned Pork Noodles Restaurant officially named the “Leong Huat Pork Noodles House” at Taman Sungai Besi Indah, Seri Kembangan in the year 2018 continue serving Ah Leong’s home recipes to the market. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2021 in the state of Selangor.
