The founder cum owner Alan Chee Wei Lun, also the restaurant’s main chef, who at his age of 31 years old currently all the while having interest in eatery and foreseeing the opportunity in the field enabled him initially stepped into the industry at his 18th of age began as a kitchen trainee in a chinese cuisine restaurant at Petaling Jaya, Selangor in the year 2008, spent years experienced in the chinese cuisine field to be positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef at his about 25th years old running throughout the Kuala Lumpur & Selangor with his passions in the career. Then in the year 2013 running his school canteen career for another 7 years, where his father Mr. Chee joined and fully stepped into the industry.

With recipes & experiences on-hand, added with vision to have his very owned eating house locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry allowed Alan Chee decided, then successfully established his very first Chinese Cuisine Eating House officially named the “Feng Lai Xuan Restaurant” at Eco Grandeur, Puncak Alam in the Kuala Selangor territory in the end of year 2020 introducing all their in-house recipes to the public. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2021 on new established Chinese Cuisine Restaurant in the state of Selangor.

In this Feng Lai Xuan Restaurant, the owner’s very first top recommended in menus will be their signature “Thai Fried Tilapia Fish” which most wanted by their regulars. Fresh local feeded red tilapia fish on weight of 1kg or above commonly selected, cleaned then followed by about 10 minutes fresh deep fried in boiling hot cooking oil, and finally served with their home-mixed Thai style lemon sweet & sour sauce paste, toppings of chopped fresh garlics & chilli padi will brings wonderful fish’s freshness and crispy bites texture with combination of sour sweet taste of their Thai Fried Tilapia eatery into mouth that you must have a try when reached Eco Grandeur, Puncak Alam.

Another will be their signature homemade “Crispy Tofu”, also among the restaurant’s daily top seller in the beancurd/tofu selections.
