Seafood noodle is always is one of the favourites not only by locals but also searching by tourists. Here in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur the exotic food creation interested chef Mr. Leong Ah Chan (Ah Leong) is the founder of his claypot seafood noodle together with the couple Mr. Lim Hoy Keong and Foo May Chee (Kei Kei) established their very own known “Ah Leong Seafood Claypot Noodles” restaurant.

Ah Leong, who having great interest in food creation initially touched the industry since his childhood about 11 years old worked helping in kopitiam as asistant waiter in the year 1969. Later he joined the goldsmith industry in 1980s til 1990s. In order to expose his talent interest in cooking and his food creation, Ah Leong established and operated his very first food stall at Old Klang Road selling his homemade recipe Claypot Fish Head Noodle and Claypot Pan Mee in the year 1993 at his age of 30 years old where he absolutely stepped into the f&b industry. Subsequent to the market economy crisis happened in 1997, Ah Leong decided to re-stepped to his interest career established his second food stall in the ’933 Kopitiam’ at Pandan Jaya, Cheras presenting his own recipe Claypot Seafood Noodle named “Ah Leong Seafood Claypot Noodles” in the year 1998, afterwards explored into food court in the year 2003. After 8 years explosure, he successfully expand into shoplot (recent location) together with Mr. Lim, a businessman and Kei Kei  who initially a professional Fashion Designer quit her profession joined the f&b career, at the 1st November 2011 (1/11/11) at Jalan Pandan, Cheras.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the restaurant, their homemade recipe mix Claypot Seafood Noodle will be the top recommended which served with fresh prawn, lala, crabstick and fresh octopus in their ’1 day’ secret recipe soup base boiled with whole chicken and ikan bilis, and also poured into their homemade ginger juice and chinese wine to bring the malaysia best eatery taste. Secondly wil be the Claypot Garden Chicken Wine Noodle, which inside with drumstick boneless meat, mixed chinese wine, ginger paste & juice, mushroom and chinese herbal ‘gei ji’ is the best to have. Not missed out also their fresh and handmade Fish Paste Noodle in claypot topped with fresh fish paste made from ‘kao yu’, fried fish paste and fried ‘fu chuk’ also the perfect match. For the non halal corner, their Home Made Slice Pork Noodle will the first choice, chewing fresh pork slice stewed before cooked present smoothier and tastier eatery.
