’4 ONE’ STEAMED FISH HEAD
Mr. Woo Hea Won who is the founder and the owner of the famous “One One One One Restaurant”established his restaurant in the year of 2001 at Taman Industri Pusat Bandar Puchong starting with his very own recipe in Steamed Fresh Fish Head.
He entered to the Food & Beverage industry since year 1975 at the age of 18 years old in his father restaurant located at Jinjang well known as the ‘Woo Ng Restaurant’ as kitchen assistant. He spent up to 3 years learnt from the owner of the restaurant, Mr. Woo Ng who also the father of him. Afterwards gained enough experience and to prove his cooking talent, he started his 1st career by operating his own mee stall in Taman Maluri Cheras in the year of 1981 but unsuccessful. Then he shifted into roasted line learnt from his elder brother who own a Roasted Restaurant in Kepong and started his own road side roasted stall in Salak South.
Unfortunately consequenced from the local market economy downturn, he sacrificed his business and going overseas to gained more experience and strengthen his cooking profession in the year of 1991 for another 2 years. And then back to Malaysia to again established his career at Jalan Ampang for another 5 years before founded the “One One One One Restaurant” in the year 2001.
Recently, Woo’s very own home made sauce Steamed Fish Head becomes the most recommended dish in his restaurant. The fresh fish head of about 1.5 kg with the combination of ginger blend, salted fish plus his own recipe sauce steamed in 10 minutes make the most delicious moments. Besides, the dry fried ‘Wu Hua Pork Slice’ is also one of the most wanted by the customers. His spicy fried Pork Intestine with chili and dry shrimp brings the best tasty to those who love spice food. Nonetheless, the restaurant also present the local residents the Chinese Wine Stewed Chicken with dry chili and ginger slice that you must taste.
