Puah Tiong Hing who at his age of only 35 years old currently, been touched the f&b industry in year 1999 at his 17th began as a kitchen trainee or beginner at Johor experienced in chinese cuisine field then positioned as a chef after a year.  Tiong Hing initially reached Singapore in year 2000 under-employed in a chinese cuisine restaurant at Chinatown, Singapore continue his exposure in the career for another nearly 10 years there.

With the great interest in chefing and foresee the market opportunity in the f&b industry, Tiong Hing decided to establish his very owned soup stall in year 2010 running his very first hawker stall at Serangoon Garden for about 2 years.  Afterwards in year 2012 moved and stayed recently at Tiong Bahru Market & Food Centre with officially in the name of “Hing Hing Soup Republic” serving all his signature menus to the public in manner and being recognised by the market.

At Hing Hing Soup Republic, the owner Tiong Hing’s first top recommended in menus will be his Black Chicken Soup with Ginseng. Fresh feeded black skin chicken selected, cleaned and prepared in cutted quaterly, boil-stewed about 4 hours with his home recipes mixture of ingrediants and herbals such red dates, ginseng slices & gei zi etc brings exotic healthy delicious soup taste you must try.  Served in boiled claypot and taken sided with a bowl of hot white rice or yam rice by Hing Hing will be the perfect match.
