“Abalone Noodles” or Bao Yi Kueh Teow known by the locals, is one of the chinese’s traditional local delicacy eatery selection which originated from Johor since 1950s.  Here in year 2018, we have found and successfully recognised one of the best recommended abalone noodles specialist “Restoran Kou Fu Abalone Noodles” in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

The Negeri Sembilan(Pertang) born Ms. Siow Yoke Choo (born 1970), who reached Johor Bahru in year 1989 was the initial founder and also the only owner of the recognised “Restoran Kou Fu Abalone Noodles” introducing their home recipe pork noodles and “Bao Yi Kueh Teow” or abalone noodles in the south to the locals and visitors at Taman Universiti, Johor since year 2017.

Yoke Choo who at her age of 48 years old recently, was in Computer Hardware Supply Industry during her twenties later on stepped into the Chinese Praying Joystick Industry since year 2000s (on-going), only touched the f&b industry in year 2015.  With her great interest in eatery, exellent enterpreneurship’s experience hold and foreseen the market opportunity in the f&b industry added with the increasing demand on local’s abalone noodles allowed Yoke Choo to successfully established her “Restoran Kou Fu Abalone Noodles” in 2017 along Jalan Kebudayaan, Johor Bahru serving all her homemade menus to the market.
