The Perak originated Mr. Brian Aw Wai Kien (born 1978), was the initial founder and immediate owner of this recommended “Noodle King House” serving his homemade fish head noodles selection and other fish noodles menu to the public all in his home recipe in-house superior soup base with 3 options on customer’s favourite choice under a roof at SS2, Petaling Jaya into the second operation year.

Brian Aw who at his age of only 40 years old currently, is also the restaurant’s main Chef, was previously in Marketing Industry under-employed in Kuala Lumpur. With the great interest in chefing and self-favourite on fish head noodles made him in year 2012 stepped into the f&b industry at his 34th, reached Ipoh, Perak joined the “Good Eat City” fish head noodle restaurant began as a kitchen trainee spent few years there experienced himself in the field.

In order to expose further in f&b career and foreseen the fish head noodles market opportunity allowed Brian Aw successfully established his very first owned noodle house named “Noodle King House” in year 2017 along Jalan SS2/30, Petaling Jaya introducing his home recipe Superior Soup base in presenting a perfect delicious fish head noodles to the market in manner.

In Noodle King House, the founder cum main Chef’s first top recommended in menus will be their in-house “Signature Superior Soup” which very important in presenting a bowl of delicious fish or fish head noodles. Soup base boiled 12 hours with mixtures of pork bones, chicken, dried cuttlefish, sugarcane, yellow beans etc brings sweet freshness taste. Served with rough mee hoon  (rice noodles) topped with either fresh or deep fried fish fillet / fish head will be the best matching fish fillet / fish head noodles you must try.

Second soup base among the signature will be their “Teow Chew Soup” fish/fish head noodles, which also Ipoh’s traditional recipe favourite by their regulars.
