The Perak originated Mr. Michael Lim Kim Leng (born 1962), together with his wife Madam Lim Wei Heong (Kelantan, born 1963) both were the initial founders and recent owners of this recommended noodle house “Restoran Q East West” at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong continue serving their family’s generations home recipe beef tendon soup, beef mix noodles and other signature menus to the public under a roof.

Madam Lim Wei Heong, at her 55th currently, is the Kelantan’s re-nowned “Lim Siong Kee Beef Noodle” 2nd generation, been touched the career & stepped into the f&b industry since her 15th of age in 1978 helping in family’s restaurant at Kota Bharu. While husband Michael Lim, who was formerly an Auditor, having great interest in eatery added with wife’s family home recipe enabled them in year-end 2012 began their very first owned noodle stall at Puchong Jaya, Selangor named “KB Beef Noodle” introducing wife’s family generations authentic beef soup & noodles stayed more than 3 years there.

In order to further their exposure in the career, getting great response from the market and with Michael’s vision to have their very owned noodle house allowed them in year 2016 successfully established their beef noodle restaurant registered as “Restoran Q East West” at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong continue serving their signature menus to the locals and visitors in better manner. Also being assisted by their eldest son Adrian Lim Oon Tian (born1992), also other 3 younger sons Alvan Lim, Aldric Lim and Anzon Lim as 3rd generation on family’s recipe.

In this Q East West, the owners’ first top recommended in menus surely will be their family’s generations passed-onto home recipe “Authentic Beef Tendon Soup / Noodle”. In-house soup base boiled at least 9 hours with beef bones, meats and another 10 herbals mixture brings unbelievable beef freshness taste and smooth swallowed into mouth. While the 3-hours boil-cooked fresh selected beef tendon served in huge cutted pieces with their authentic beef soup base, or mixed with noodles option really brings a complete bowl of their Q East West’s best Tendon Soup / Noodle you must try when reached Puchong, Selangor. Secondly will be the owner Wei Heong’s family generations “Traditional Beef Mix Noodle”, recommended in dry kon lou here. Other than beef corner, their “Hakka Noodle” to be among the noodle house’s daily signature menu favourite by the visitors who cannot take beef. Special handmade flour noodle selected, boil-cooked and mixed with their in-house recipe soy sauce mixture & pork lard, then served topped with homemade char siew slices (roasted pork) & home-fried minced pork brings exotic salty excellent eatery you will never regret after tasted here in Q East West.

Finally, the owners Michael Lim and wife Wei Heong also taken the opportunity to introduce their signature “Chicken Shredded Kueh Teow Soup”.
