Mr. Thomas Yee, who at his age of 52 years old currently, being touched the f&b industry since teenage helping father, late Mr. Yee Kam Wang, in their family restaurant “Restoran Hoi Kee” at Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur. With his great interest in eatery & chefing, Thomas Yee decided to fully step into the career in year 1988 at his 22nd of age began as kitchen trainee in his family’s chinese cuisine restaurant spent his 5 years there to be positioned as Chef.

Wishing to further his exposure in the career, added with foreseen the market opportunity in the f&b industry and also insisting to serve traditional authentic chinese henghua cuisines made Thomas in year 2012, with assisted by wife Lye Yoke, successfully established their very new and owned eating house registered as “Restoran Hoi Kee Heng Hwa” at Taman Desa, Off Jalan Klang Lama continue presenting most of their home recipes to the public in manner.

In Hoi Kee, the owner’s first top recommended in menus surely will be their “Signature Fresh Oyster Omelette”. Fresh oysters in selected size, wok-fried with the mixtures of chicken egg and flour-paste, then served topped with spring onions shredded & groundnuts brings an authentic oyster omelette totally differ from the others in town.
