Then practically touched the f&b industry by joining a cafeteria at Selangor worked as a baker for a year, followed by his home-based practice. Later-on experienced for another 4 years fully stepped & exposed the baking\/pastry field in a cafeteria at Petaling Jaya to further his exposure in the career with his patients thoroughly.<\/p>\n
With experiences & recipes on-hand, added wishing to have his very own-running pastry cafe locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry enabled James Loh decided then successfully established his very first owned Pastries Cafeteria officially named the “Autumn Bagels & Coffee” (by Seasonbites Food Management) in the late of year 2024 at SS15, Subang Jaya serving all his home-baked signatures to the public.
