\"9\"<\/a>The founder and immediate owner of the 1st and only organic gease and turkey farm in south east asia, Penang originate Mr. Ooi Say Tuan who initially an professional Electronic Engineer spend his more than 30 years in farming industry.\u00a0 Mr. Ooi who experienced farming since teenager with age 62 years old currently quit his profession and stepped thoroughtly into farming industry in the year 1978 when he left his hometown to Lahad Datu, Sabah established his farming and landscaping profession.\u00a0 After 2 years, he reached Kota Kinabalu, Sabah expose his farming in the year 1980 later on in the year 2013 settled down his 120 acres farm at Moyog, Jalan Tambunan, Sabah producing more then 10 species of gease, turkey, fishes, veges etc.<\/p>\n

In order to implement Mr. Ooi mission from “Farm to Dinner Plate”, he and his elder son Mr. Ooi Chin Bor with age of 25 years old recently began their fresh raw meat supply and roasted gease & turkey supply to the market.\u00a0 Fresh raw gease only can supply to the market after 60 days feeding between 2kg to 4kg weight with 70% veges & grass feed and 30% with feeding ingredients totally vegetarian to avoid the gease smelly.\u00a0 Among their recipe, they have wet roasted gease, palm sauce gease, smoked bbq gease and stewed gease which are the recommended to public.\u00a0 The mixed recipe from imported China ingredients plus their home recipe sauce will be the secret to suceed.\u00a0 Top records of more than 1000 unit of roasted geases produced during season order especially during Chinese New Year.<\/p>\n
