Ng Wei Chao, who at his age of 34 years old currently, been stepped into the f&b industry at his 16th of age in year 1999 began as kitchen trainee for 2 years to be positioned as Chef in chinese cuisine field at Singapore. Later-on joined into the Bakery Field on his great interest spent years experienced as a baker. Then running his very first foodstall on chinese cuisine in year 2007, and established his bakery shelfs started from Clementi, Singapore having great positive response still on-going recently.
