Jack Hew or commonly known Chef Jack, who at his age of only 37 years old currently, all the while having interest in eatery & culinary initially stepped into the f&b industry at his 14th of age in year 1995 began as a kitchen trainee in his cousin’s chinese cuisine restaurant in Kuantan, Pahang stayed about 5 years there. Then also been reached Kuala Lumpur and Singapore to further sharpen his chefing skills in the field, also being positioned as a Chinese Seafood Cuisine Chef at his twenties.

With the vision to have his very own career in the field, also the experiences hold on hand and added with foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry made Jack Hew in year 2005 at his 24 years old started his rice & noodles food stall along Air Putih (Kuantan), being fully assisted by wife Ruby Yang exposed about 6 years there. Later-on been expanded into their very first owned eating place named “B Kee Seafood Restaurant” along Jalan Air Putih in year 2011 serving more options on their chef’s signatures to the locals in better manner.

In this B Kee Seafood Restaurant, the owner cum main chef Jack’s very first top recommended in menus surely will be their “Signature Sizzling Dual Seafoods” which most wanted by the locals. Combination of local fresh sea squids and prawns selected, stir-fried with their homemade sweet & spicy sauce (made from 8 recipes mixture), then finally served boiled in sizzling metal plate will brings wonderful eatery that you must try when reached Kuantan, Pahang. Sea Red Snapper or Grouper Fish Head on size commonly selected, cooked in their homemade curry paste broth (which made from more than 10 spices mixture in-house), then added into cabbage, lady finger, eggplant, long bean & dried beancurd (Tau Pok), finally served boiled in claypot with poured into slight fresh milk will brings excellent smooth curry broth swallowed into mouth, and the curry’s tasty sweet & fair spicy that you will never regret after tasted here.
