The founder cum owner Alson Hui or known Chef Alson, also the restaurant’s Main Chef leading the kitchen floor is currently at his age of only 38 years old, all the while since his primary age having great interest in eatery & culinary made him in year 1997 touched the f&b industry worked as a part-timer in a chinese cuisine restaurant at hometown Seremban at his 16th. Then fully stepped into the field at his 19th of age reached Singapore in millenium year 2000 began as kitchen assistant continued in the field, later-on been positioned as a Chef at his 22nd of age stayed about 10 years there to sharpen his profession. Also began to touch the Asian Modern Cuisine, and further his exposure in Thailand for another few years before reached Kuala Lumpur.

Where his wife Alice Ong (formerly in Beauty Industry) stepped into the field assisting husband Alson Hui. Finally being recognised among the best in town by the F&B E-Media for the year 2019 in the middle northern nation.

In this Yu Xiang Seafoods Restaurant, their owner cum Main Chef Alson’s very first top recommended in menus will be their famous “Yun Choy with Superior Soup” which all the while favourite by their regular customers.
