The founder cum owner Ng Wen Lih, also the restaurant’s Main Chef, who at his age of 41 years old currently, since teenage been affected by mother whose frequently brought Wen Lihalong interested in eateries allowed him in year 1995 fully stepped into the f&b industry at his 17th of age began as a kitchen trainee in a chinese cuisine restaurant at hometown Taiping, Perak where Wen Lih experienced the field and spent about 4 years to be positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef at his 21st of age. Also wishing to further expose in the field enabled Wen Lihin year 2011 decided then successfully established his very first owned Chinese Seafood Cuisine Restaurant officially named it the “Mandarin Kitchen” at Taman Mas, Ipoh, where his wife Lee Yong joined & fully assist.
