The founder cum owner Mr. Ng, who all the while in the Seafood Supplies Industry running his family’s career as the 3rd generation locally, having interest in eatery and frequently been everywhere tasted & experienced the local delicacy eateries. Also with his vision to have his very own eating house locally, a place where families & friends can spend their meals in leisure made him wanted to step into the f&b industry thoroughly.

Also wishing to bring the several authentic & exotic chinese cuisine recipes in better environment at reasonable public affordable pricing and foreseeing the market opportunity in the recent f&b industry on our nation allowed Mr. Ng finally decided then successfully established his very first owned Premium Chinese Cuisine eating place officially named the “Shi Xiang Lou Restaurant S/B”, joined by wife Cherry Lim and group of friends began their journey in the field in early year 2020 at Pusat Perniagaan Santuari, Bukit Mertajam. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the F&B E-Media in the year 2020 at the upper northern nation.

In this Shi Xiang Lou Restaurant, the owner’s very first top recommended in menus will be their “Signature Spicy-Kik Crayfish” (Baby Lobster) which most wanted by the visitors recently. Local fresh crayfish or known baby lobster commonly selected, wok-fried with their in-house chef’s home-mixed spicy sauce paste, then finally served toppings of white sesame seeds & fried onions will brings exciting fair spicy & delicious wok-taste and the crayfish (baby lobster) freshness taste into mouth that you must have a try when reached Bukit Mertajam.
