The founder cum owner Mileys Liew Mei Yan, who at her age of 43 years old currently, been grown-up in a f&b families nearly 30 years helping her parents in their family’s chinese cuisine restaurant whose previously running at Sungai Chua, Kajang where she initially touched the field since kids enabled Mileys Liew to have her interest and experiences in the eatery & culinary, wishing to further expose her father’s home recipes to the public thoroughly.

With experiences on-hand, added with vision to have their very owned chinese cafeteria eating place locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry during this trendy century allowed Mileys Liew to bodied-up with her younger brother Kong Seng & friends Jason Yeong & Ricky Chan, then decided and successfully established their Asian/Local Cuisine Chinese Cafeteria officially named the “Mi House” (by LCCT F&B S/B) at Bandar Sungai Long, Kajang in the state of Selangor in the mid-year 2021 introducing all their home recipes to the public. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2021 in the state of Selangor.

In this Mi House Restaurant, the owners’ very first top recommended in menus will be their signature “Mi House Fresh River Prawn Mee” which most wanted by their regulars. Local-made sang mee (round yellow noodles) prepared over boiling hot cooking oil, served with their home recipes sauce broth/gravy in mixtures of chicken egg, spring onions & slight rice wine poured into, and finally toppings of the local river prawns (with weight of about 100grams per piece) will brings wonderful crispy & tasty sang mee into mouth with the river prawn’s freshness texturing bites itself that you must have a try when reached Bandar Sungai Long, Kajang.

Secondly will be their home recipe local cantonese style of “Special Ying Yong”, which also among the cafeteria’s daily selection favourite by the visitors. Combination of crispy deep fried mee hoon (fine rice noodles) & wok-fried kuey teow (flat rice noodles), served with their recipe sauce broth/gravy into chicken egg, and finally sided of fresh boiled belly pork slices, roasted pork belly (siew yuk) and veges will brings excellent wok-taste of ying yong noodles taken matching with their belly pork & roasted pork eatery that you will neither found the same elsewhere in town here.

Another will be their famous local delicacy of “Curry Ribs Dry Noodle”, also among their customer’s wanted menu all the while. Sitiawan’s (Perak) homemade noodles commonly selected, boil-cooked then mixed with their soya sauce seasonings mixture, then finally served sides with their in-house an hour cooked dry curry pork ribs (with local fresh spare ribs into their homemade curry paste with coconut milk/santan) will brings the authentic curry’s salty with fair spicy taste swallowed and the pork rib’s juicy bites smoothness into mouth that you will never regret after tasted here in Mi House.

Moreover, the owners also introduced their all time favourite local selection of “Crispy Fried Chicken Legs with Nasi Lemak” which lile by most of the Malaysian locals.
