The first owner cum founder Mr. Looi Sin Heyong, who at his age of 63 years old currently, all the while having interest in culinary & eateries been initially stepped into the f&b industry at his age of 17th began as a kitchen trainee started his career in a chinese cuisine restaurant at Butterworth, Penang in the year 1976 spent years exposed in the field, then been positioned as a Chinese Cuisine Chef at his about 23rd of age and started his very first Chinese Economy Rice (Mixed Rice) food stall at Taman Chai Leng in the early year 1980s. Later-on converted into his Chinese Cuisine Eating Stall on the same floor for years, where his wife Madam Lee joined running on the front floor.
