The founder cum first owner Christyn Ho See Yien, who at her age of 28 years old currently, been initially touched the f&b industry at her 17th of age worked as a part-timer in a cafeteria at hometown Kuantan where she got inspired and found her patience in the field. With vision to have her own eating house locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry enabled Christyn Ho later-on started their (with sister Ho Yen Wah) very first local kopitiam at Bukit Setongkol, Kuantan in the year of 2021 serving their very home-cooked recipes to the locals. Then another siblings-run (joined by sister Ho Yan Chen & brother Kevin Ho) hainanese kopitiam along the Jalan Dato Lim Hoe Lek, Kuantan in the year of 2023 to further their exposure in the industry thoroughly.

With experiences & recipes on-hand, added wishing to have their extended fusion coffee house locally and foreseeing the market opportunity in the field allowed Christyn Ho & sisters to bodied-up with Kar Mun and Andrew Siew and decided then successfully established their very owned Fusion Coffee House/Kopitiam officially named the “My Kofitiam” in the first quarter of year 2025 at Semambu, Kuantan serving all their signatures to the public. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year of 2025 on the east coast nation at Pahang.
