The Perak originated Mr. Kong Nguk Hing who born in year 1975, together with his lovely wife Ms. Jaslyn Ng Shing Yi (born 1983) who from Setiawan, Perak both were the founders and immediate owners of the recommended “Hing Yi Restaurant” introducing the Singapore local’s pork ribs seafood pot and big prawn noodles recipe into town in Johor Bahru.

Kong Nguk Hing or known Ah Bee who only at his age of 41 years old currently, formerly was in Construction Industry for more than 20 years in Singapore initially touched the f&b industry since his teenagers in hometown Setiawan before stepped into construction field.  With his great interest in eatery, encouragement from his wife Jaslyn who all the while in Beauty Industry, and foreseen the market opportunity in the industry made f&b career into their consideration for Ah Bee’s further exposure after quit construction industry.

Also been given chances to Ah Bee to generation passed onto recipes by one of the oldies famous Pork ribs Seafood Pot carrier Uncle Huat in Singapore allowed him together with wife Jaslyn established their very first noodle house named “Hing Yi Restaurant” at Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Johor in year 2016 bringing the south delicacy prawn nooldes soup recipe into Johor town.
