Later on reached Singapore to expose his career from 1992 under-employed there for another 6 years before running his very first owned food stall at his 26th of age in Geylang, Singapore serving Penang Assam Laksa & Prawn Noodles for nearly 10 years, holding home generation passed recipes from his master Wong (Johorean).
With the mission to go further in the industry, in year 2008 Chef Keu successfully established his 1st eating house named “Penang Seafood Restaurant” continued his exposure in the career at Lorong 25, Geylang. Also being assisted by wife Chyun Ching stepped into the industry. Subsequently with the another outlet running at Lorong 23, Geylang in year 2016 mostly presenting their home signature Penang’s and local’s delicacy eateries to the public under a roof.
In this Penang Seafood Restaurant, the founder’s first top recommended in menus surely will be their Signature Penang Assam Laksa.
