The founder cum owner Mr. Lim or known Master Chef Lim, who at his age of 34 years old currently, been grown-up in the f&b family initially touched the industry since his teenage helping father who running his very traditional homemade Bak Kwa and Roasted Pork/Pig in hometown since year 1980s allowed Lim practically experienced the career. In circumstances after Lim’s father passed-away in the 2000s, he been carried the responsibility on his family’s recipes and career to continue expose in the market.
