The founder cum owner Goh Siew Yen (Ah Yen), who at her age of 47 years old currently, all the while having interest in eatery & culinary been initially stepped into the f&b industry after being generation passed-onto the local’s pork noodles (chu yuk fun) recipes by a friend locally and began her very owned noodle stall in the year 2013 at her age of about 39th running in a chinese kopitiam (coffee shop) at Taman Segar, Cheras where she experienced practically in the career. Later-on another noodle stall at Ampang, then Pandan Perdana both in Kuala Lumpur in the year 2017 & 2018 respectively, also being assisted by her husband and sister thoroughly on the floor.

While the owner Sam Leong Kai Seng, who all the while in the Furniture Industry having great interest in eatery especially on the local authentic pork noodles, also was previously Ah Yen’s regular visitor wishing to step into the field. With experiences & recipes on-hand (by Ah Yen), added with vision to expose further in the field and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry enabled them to bodied-up (Ah Yen & Sam Leong) decided then successfully established their very first owned noodle house officially named the “Sister Noodles Shop” at Taman Segar, Cheras in the mid-year of 2020 introducing their signature menus to the locals. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2021 in the federal territory of Kuala Lumpur.
