The founder cum owner Viel Lee Fong Sien, who at her age of 44 years old currently, been grown-up in a f&b career families where running their family’s chinese coffee shop (Kopitiam) nearly half a century in the Klang township allowed Viel Lee touched the field since kids helping parents in their kopitiam. Then been running her very first owned pork noodle stall in her family’s kopitiam itself in the year 2017 fully stepped into the industry with her patience.

With vision to have own eating house locally, added with family’s Teochew yong tau foo (stuffed beancurd) home recipe on-hand and foreseeing the market opportunity in the f&b industry especially their home-stuffed Teochew’s yong tau foo with noodle soup enabled Viel Lee decided and bodied-up with her partners (friends & families) then successfully established their very first owned Stuffed Beancurd Eating House officially named the “Xian Yong Tau Foo Noodle Soup” in the year 2019 at Bukit Tinggi 2, Klang serving all their signatures to the public. And finally being recognised among the best in town by the Malaysian F&B E-Media for the year 2023 on the middle nation at Selangor.
