“Beef Noodles” been years famously and frequently practised in Malaysia, but not easy to find a complete and authentic specialized beef house as in Tangkak, Johor.  The local originated Mr. Loh Kiong Fook who born in year 1960 was the founder, together with wife Madam Teo Sew Fong (born 1965) are the immediate owners of the well known “Restoran Do Do Do” beef noodle, beef specialized shop introducing their various home recipe to the public.  Getting into second generation.

Loh Kiong Fook who with his age of 54 years old currently, formerly was in agriculture development industry for past 15 years.  He loves so much in eatery and wishing to expose in the f&b industry, initially stepped into it in year 1998 at his age of 38 years old grapped an opportunity been generation passed onto recipe by his “Master Pan” who was a beef noodles seller in Melacca enabled Kiong Fook established his very first and owned “Restoran Do Do Do” also locally known ‘Tangkak Fei Zai Niu Nan Mian’ being assisted by wife at Taman Tangkak Jaya, began with traditional beef noodles menu.

Subsequent to the great response from the public and deeply exposed by Kiong Fook, he succeefully introduced various his home recipe beef selections in menus after few years excited the market not only locals but visitors from other states and countries.  While in year 2013 expanded and moved into widder lots at Taman Perindustrian Tangkak, which is recent location being recognized as one of the ‘Best Beef House’ in town among South Malaysia by e-media in year 2014.

His son Loh Feng Yik who with age of 21 years old, been stepped into the career since few years ago hoping to second generation continue his family exotic beef recipe presenting to the public.  Having mission in the future will make their home recipe foods available throughout the nations.

In this beef specialist restaurant, the founder’s top recommended will be their Signature Claypot Beef Ribs (giant bones) which stewed with about 8 ingredients spices by Mr. Loh, stewed for about four and a half hours then served boiled in claypot.  It brings the exotic authentic recipe you must try when reached or passed by Tangkak, Johor.  Especially the meats texture itself when bites, the minerals squeezing out from the juicy meats you never forget.  Its also the main reason why the ‘Porsche Club’ and ‘Ferrari Club’ always made this their meeting place.

Secondly will be their Fresh Soup Steamed Beef Meat which slow boiled for about 5 hours without adding any spices ingredients other than only salt to brings the meats natural minerals into the soup will be the best eatery you cannot missed only in this restaurant.  Personal helikopter been landed all the way from Klang, Selangor reached here to only taste the exotic menu.

Moreover, their Claypot Fried Beef Mix made up of meats, stomach and tendon poured into with rice wine then added into pepper and chilli taste slightly spicy in 5 home spices also one of the most wanted by their regulars and visitors.  Others, their Claypot Beef Soup also among the recommended, taste like local ‘Bak Kut Teh’, which stewed for few hours with 8 home ingredients mixture and herbals then served boiled in claypot you will never regret after consumed.

Nonetheless, of course their traditional Beef Mix Noodle also the top selling from the first day they established the career you must order when stepped into “Restoran Do Do Do” or named “Tangkak Fei Zai Niu Nan Mian” at Tangkak, Johor.  A bowl of complete beef mix with meats, tendon, stomach, intestine and liver options served in their more than four hours boiled in-house soup base will only make you the ever sweet memories and say ‘Like’ after taken.

    I have try when I passed tangkak toll, is very near, good environment with aircon. Special smell and taste for their “sa bou” soup, price reasonable also, will come again.
